The Charles Perkins Centre

Charles Perkins was the first Aboriginal Australian graduate from The University of Sydney. He was an activist for the rights of indigenous people in Australia. The University of Sydney, Charles Perkins Centre, is focused on using multidisciplinary approaches to tackling issues of obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
